    Pretty good experience shopping at arrow. There were a few running offers. Sales Assistants were helpful and cheerful. Reducing one star because of the delay in receiving altered trousers. I was given a Call at 5:19pm from the shop saying trousers are ready to collect. However, the trousers were not ready even at 6pm.

    Recently made my second purchase at this Arrow store. Customer service was commendable especially Mr. Amal's excellent customer service stood out. I went there alone for the purchase. His assistance in selecting the right fits and his overall polite and helpful attitude made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Looking forward forward for many more purchases 👍
